Group Reformer Classes

Choose the class that suits you
We specialise in high quality, reformer group classes. The reformer offers measured resistance through a special spring system to enable you to strengthen your core and back muscles, maintain muscle and bone health and build long, slim and strong arm and leg muscles. Regular reformer classes can help with recovery from injury.

Max group size 10 people. 55 minutes per class. Never boring - that's guaranteed!!!

Reformer Essential - beginners


Get started on your pilates journey. Great class for beginners to introduce you to the pilates principles but also fabulous if you like a slower paced workout. In this class you will to start to master the techniques of pilates on the reformer machines. Expect to move and mobilise your body in all planes of motion, we'll focus on training the core, increasing range of motion, correcting imbalances and supporting injuries.


With emphasis on stretching and lengthening you will finish this class feeling you have gently worked the whole body.

Reformer Align - good beginner/early intermediate

This is our Bepilates SIGNATURE class. (BEGINNERS must take at least 5 ESSENTIAL CLASSES before joining this class) Using the pilates principles you have learnt we will now take you to the next level. We will align your whole body by gently increase the intensity, move you in a more fluid way from one exercise to the next and add some additional core challenge. We will add in small props including the elastic, circle and ball. 


This class is suitable for early intermediate clients of all ages who want a full body workout to increase flexibility, mobility, improve posture. After this class you will feel confident and ready to take on everyday life!

Reformer Align Plus - good intermediate



This a progression align class for intermediate clients who would like additional balance and strength challenge. We will include more kneeling and standing exercises on the reformer as well as adding small weights.


We will move you more quickly through the pilates reformer repertoire to leave you feeling stretched, lengthened, destressed and completely fabulous!

Reformer Dynamic - experienced intermediate/advanced 

Ready to step up to a faster-paced, more intense workout ? Our good intermediate/advanced workout it just for you. We expect you to be able to move easily from one exercises to the next. You will use weights and small props to increase intensity. 


Expect to plank, jump, work those abs, legs and arms, we will give you just the right amount of challenge and push you gently towards your limits. Get ready to sweat - this class will leave you feeling empowered and energised!

Reformer Mix-Up (Combo) - for all abilities and ages


This class is a fantastic mix of pilates exercises using pilates props such as the roller, pilates circle, elastic, toning balls, arc barrel, balance cushions and the reformer. In the traditional pilates section of the class we will focus on your breathing and work on improving your balance, flexibility and strength using our own body weight. 


We will then add exercises on the reformer and you will notice that the additional resistance from the springs you will improve your leg, shoulder and core strength. 


This class is popular with our senior clients and anybody who wants to transition from mat pilates to reformer. This is a mixed level class with plenty of options for the beginner as well as the more experienced.

Reformer Cardio JUMP - all levels

Get your heart pumping with this great jumping session using the STOTT cardio tramp.  Regular pilates exercises on the reformer will be interspersed with cardio jumping series.


Is suitable for all levels but no suitable for those with back sensitivity or injuries.


Come and try this class - it is so much fun!




Private Pilates

Solo, Duo & Trio classes
Our SOLO private pilates classes are tailored to your specific needs. We will carry out an initial assessment with you and then devise a specific programme for you. Wherever possible we use a full range of pilates equipment including pilates reformer, pilates tower, cadillac, chair and barrels.

DUO & TRIO classes are possible with a partner or group of friends.

BOOK

Pilates Mat Classes - IN-STUDIO & VIRTUAL

We have 1 'IN-STUDIO' Pilates Mat class per week:

Fridays @ 9.00am. This class can also be joined on-line via ZOOM.

You will work on the mat with small props (circle, rollers, soft ball, swiss ball, elastic, toning balls). Pilates Mat is great for working on breathing, flexibility, body awareness, connection with your core, control and will help you to destress.  

The Friday class takes place at Envolve-Gym next door


Pilates Self-Training - if you have a good knowledge of pilates/pilates reformer or you are a pilates instructor it is possible to access our facility to train by yourself at a time to suit you.  Self-Training access is available every day - walk-in possible.  Feel free to contact us for further details and tariffs.


Melt Method Myofascial Self- Care

Improve your energy, your sleep and get rid of everyday aches & pains

Learning to MELT with change your life.  In a private class or through one of our MELT Method workshops you will learn gentle movements which will help to
