Get started on your pilates journey. Great class for beginners to introduce you to the pilates principles but also fabulous if you like a slower paced workout. In this class you will to start to master the techniques of pilates on the reformer machines. Expect to move and mobilise your body in all planes of motion, we'll focus on training the core, increasing range of motion, correcting imbalances and supporting injuries.
With emphasis on stretching and lengthening you will finish this class feeling you have gently worked the whole body.
This is our Bepilates SIGNATURE class. (BEGINNERS must take at least 5 ESSENTIAL CLASSES before joining this class) Using the pilates principles you have learnt we will now take you to the next level. We will align your whole body by gently increase the intensity, move you in a more fluid way from one exercise to the next and add some additional core challenge. We will add in small props including the elastic, circle and ball.
This class is suitable for early intermediate clients of all ages who want a full body workout to increase flexibility, mobility, improve posture. After this class you will feel confident and ready to take on everyday life!
This a progression align class for intermediate clients who would like additional balance and strength challenge. We will include more kneeling and standing exercises on the reformer as well as adding small weights.
We will move you more quickly through the pilates reformer repertoire to leave you feeling stretched, lengthened, destressed and completely fabulous!
Reformer Dynamic - experienced intermediate/advanced
Ready to step up to a faster-paced, more intense workout ? Our good intermediate/advanced workout it just for you. We expect you to be able to move easily from one exercises to the next. You will use weights and small props to increase intensity.
Expect to plank, jump, work those abs, legs and arms, we will give you just the right amount of challenge and push you gently towards your limits. Get ready to sweat - this class will leave you feeling empowered and energised!
This class is a fantastic mix of pilates exercises using pilates props such as the roller, pilates circle, elastic, toning balls, arc barrel, balance cushions and the reformer. In the traditional pilates section of the class we will focus on your breathing and work on improving your balance, flexibility and strength using our own body weight.
We will then add exercises on the reformer and you will notice that the additional resistance from the springs you will improve your leg, shoulder and core strength.
This class is popular with our senior clients and anybody who wants to transition from mat pilates to reformer. This is a mixed level class with plenty of options for the beginner as well as the more experienced.
Get your heart pumping with this great jumping session using the STOTT cardio tramp. Regular pilates exercises on the reformer will be interspersed with cardio jumping series.
Is suitable for all levels but no suitable for those with back sensitivity or injuries.
